Not happy with service was supposed to receive goods within 1 to 2 days instead it took 2 weeks. Had to get the fittings from another supplier due to the long wait.

I ordered a part to go direct to site, the part stated it was in stock and would be delivered within 1-3 days. it didnt arrive 6 days later and when i called and expressed my frustration at the item not arriving when i had a service engineer on site the customer service girl laughed at me, although this has cost my compnay hundred of pounds. customer service is in the toilet. I will never use these people again.

They took the order, then said it was the wrong price. Instead of being around £57.00, it was increased in the hundreds. Then they said they would refund the money I paid. No sign of it yet.

i am not happy with the service i received from Flocon, i ordered some pipe saddle clamps which stated they were 2 1/2 inch in size when they arived they actually measure 3 inch??? when i questioned this they told me that the 2 1/2 inch was actually for 3 inch???????????????? very poor website information and not good customer service will not be using again

Worst experience , we ordered on 1-2 days delivery. and we had to chase many times before it was delivered and it was delivered all in seprate. This caused massive stress to us as company and our client. Due to this situlation we wont be using you again

Did not want to help when wrong size fittings was ordered & wanted to charge the earth to send back & replace. Won’t be using Flocon again

Hi Tom, We're sorry that you were dissatisfied with the service you received from Flocon. However, we’re a little confused with the feedback you’ve provided. We did offer you advice on how to return the parts that you ordered incorrectly, and also explained that you would receive a full refund upon their return to our warehouse. We then advised you to re-order the items that you required in the correct size that you needed them in. With regard to the cost of returning the items, this would be whatever your chosen courier/royal mail costs would be, Flocon would not charge you to return the items. I understand that you feel that our carriage fee is unreasonable at the standard £15, but this cost is clearly displayed at the check- out on the website, and you were able to cancel the sale process at this point if you felt that the charge was excessive. Again, we apologise that you felt our service was unsatisfactory. The Flocon Team.
I was disgusted with the service since once the delivery charge was realised an email was sent to stop delivery and it did not! The item delivery was not made in an reasonable time and assumed that flocon had acted on my email request!

Despatch time and delivery was not satisfactory. Job was done and finished before goods arrived. Items are no good to me now.
