“Great service received from Flocon. Prompt dispatch of order and helpful return of erroneously ordered item (our error). The order was certainly micro in size I imagine compared to other orders they process, but it was well handled nevertheless. I'd say efficient small order and returns processing are probably good indicators of a supplier's customer service commitment. If I had to nitpick, I would say shipping was pricey and they didn't offer lower rates for smaller / lower priority items, which made the small purchase expensive.”
