Thanks for your feedback. Royal Mail attempted to deliver to your parcel the day after you ordered and left you a card for you to arrange redelivery either by telephone, online or collect from your local depot. It comes in a tube so it won't fit through a letterbox. I have sent you the details on email in case you misplaced the Royal Mail card. If you cannot rearrange delivery the parcel will be returned to us at which point we will refund you.
Hi Lisa, thanks for your message. As we discussed, you had your order sent to a previous address where you no longer live. The new occupants at that address haven't yet returned your flag to us, but as soon as they do, we will refund you.
Thanks for your message. We are so sorry there was a mistake with your order. We did email you twice on the day of delivery to offer a refund or a replacement but we didn't hear back from you. You've now explained that our emails went into your spam. I'm pleased to say we have now resolved the situation and you have been refunded in full. Apologies again for our error.

Thanks for your feedback sorry you are disappointed. All of our flags are 75D 100% premium polyester fabric, with two sturdy metal eyelets for flying. In addition, we double-stitch all of our edges for additional rigidity. Please feel free to return the unused flag and we will refund you in full.

So sorry you had difficulties, Fedex has now returned the order to us and we have issued you a refund. Unfortunately, we do need to ensure proof of delivery for our express orders. Fedex always offer recipients the option to have the parcel left safe - you can do this in the email FedEx sends you before delivery.

Thanks for your review, sorry that you are disappointed. Unfortunately, you gave an incorrect address for your delivery which meant FedEx delivered the next business day (30th May as the 29th was a bank holiday). If your flags are unused you are very welcome to return them for a refund.
Thank you for your feedback - I'm so sorry you are disappointed! We supply standard Latvia flags, which are the usual/traditional Carmine Red, with a white horizontal stripe. They are the same shade in real life as pictured on our website, and we've not had any similar complaints in all the time we've supplied them.
You are very welcome to return the flag for a refund, if you would like to.
