“I ordered 4 flags which were good value and I got an email that day (21st Aug) informing me that the order was out for delivery, so all good from the Flag and bunting Company. Unfortunately the courier company then spoilt the process. I had paid for express delivery and received an email from them to say they were going to deliver the following afternoon (22nd Aug). When no delivery arrived I left a message on their Contact Us page to find out what had happened and to ring me. 10 days later they have not responded! The package eventually arrived on 27th Aug and too late to be used for theevent I needed the flags for. Star rating brought down by the courier, otherwise it would be 5 stars for the Flag and bunting Company”
“Paid 12 pounds for Next day delivery before 13h. The Flag arrived at 16h, which meant I had to wait around for three hours (not ideal). When I phoned the office, although apologetic, no offer of re-emboursement for the postal service was offered.”

Thanks for your feedback. Our 18”x12” (45x30cm) flags come on a wooden stick. Sizes are approximate but should only vary by a centimetre or so. Did you mean to order a larger flag? – if so, you are welcome to return your 18”x12” and we’ll exchange it for you.
“Unfortunately none of my flags ordered arrived in time for the event I had planned. They attend still in the box they arrived in.
Is there any chance of a refund if I return them

“I ordered from you as I read an article in the newspaper that you were making bunting for the Coronation but what I got had 'made in Taiwan' on the bag. I could have bought Chinese-made bunting at a local shop and got it quicker. I thought I was buying British!”
“While the flags are acceptable, correct and to spec the image printed on them is not as advertised. The star around the Red Hand and Crown on the advertised image has the star pro-trouding out of the red bar. On the actual flag received this is printed inside, which is technically not the official flag, printing on the inside of the red banner was adapted to make it easier to print. This flag has its 70th anniversary from its inception this year. See attached images.”
“Good quality flag but paid extra for fast shipping and it took over a week (should have taken 2-3 days) although I understand if this was because of mail strikes”
“Delivery was good 2 to 3 days .I bought 4 flags three flags was a good clear print. The four flag which was orange colour was very pale more of a peach colour maybe sun damaged which was such a shame.”
“I order a Ukrainian flag to go on a good quality pole on an angled flagpole wall bracket. The flagpole has spinners to avoid 'wrapping' in windier weather. Unfortunately, the flag started snagging quite quickly as the hemstitching wasn't overly tight. Eventually, quite a bit of stitching had to be cut away after it snagged and wrapped around the pole mount. I have other flags from previous purchases and they haven't done this.”
“The flags are well made, durable and came in good time. I'd like to see more evidence of what this company is doing to minimise their environmental impact, as the materials and packaging seem to come from fossil fuel sources. The manufacting is in Taiwan, so they have come a long way too.”
