“Even without opening the packet I could see that I had ordered one size too large. I returned the flags immediately including a letter to the company, confirming what was agreed on the telephone that I would like one size smaller of each of the two flags.
That was about two weeks ago and still no sign of the flags.”
Thanks for your feedback, it's very rare that flags deteriorate so quickly unless in extremely exposed and very windy locations, so we can only apologise. We’d be very interested to see the photographs if you would like to email our customer services.

I'm so sorry your flag arrived too late for your guests, I completely understand your disappointment.
Having looked at your order I see you ordered on a Friday. Unfortunately you selected our Next Working Day (i.e. Monday to Friday) Delivery option, rather than Saturday Delivery. This is why FedEx delivered on Monday instead of on the Saturday that you wanted.
I appreciate that it is too late now, and I'm sorry that we haven't been able to solve the problem on this occasion.

“The fag I ordered was the National Union Flag, I have this flag from you before, but this time it had not been correctly printed as the top corner (with the wide white background cross( was out of place leaving the red cross running into the top corner. I would of returned it, but as I alter all my flags .( I cut away the insert rings , and replace with a cord along the full length to accomodate my flag pole system)”
“They have been great with my other purchases from them but this order did not arrive and despite a voicemail and email to them to discuss the matter , I didn’t get a reply. The order has never arrived, and I didn’t get My money back either. I have no doubt they sent it and the issue was probably with the post office, but it would have been good customer service to at lease respond to the voicemail or email.”
