“Thought it would be more stable than it is. Still moves about like the old one that I wanted to replace as it was made of plastic. Will see how it holds out.”

“When they excepted my order taken the money and only then informed me that they were out of stock. I hate to wait 4 to 5 weeks for delivery. Not impressed”

“'in-cupboard' bin on soft close runners, if you open fully, the left hand runner sticks and won't close. You have to keep opening and closing or push hard.”

“The drawers are of good quality but the fitting instructions are very lacking on information. There is no information on how to adjust the runners.”

“Product was good, though contact from the company with updates regarding the delivery of the items was appalling. Had to chase them several times with no response, only when an issue was raised via PayPal and negative feedback was threatened to be placed on Facebook did they reply. Use if you’re not bothered when you’re goods arrive or if you don’t expect any updates from the company”

“Struggled to get through on the phone to speak with anyone, in-fact I was unable to speak with anyone, unfortunately the handles are not the right size, so i have sent these back, however there wasn't any return slip & i couldn't be advised on the phone i also struggled to find your website, hopefully i will get my refund for these, cant fault the handles they just weren't a suitable size to match up to my existing ones.”

“I would easily have scored 5 out of 5 . Fast delivery and excellent value. Unfortunately when I ordered 16 cupboard hinges, 2 backs were missing. Not good enough for a simple order.”

“No confirmation of order. Website stated 48 hour delivery, nothing had arrived 4 days later so emailed the company. Items arrived the day after but still no contact from the company!”
