A lack of basic instructions and parts explanation made the installation of these drawers difficult - I ordered two drawers and neither had any instructions or templates. The drawers are great but the fitting mechanism to the runners are not the best and move too much for my own personal liking. However, the drawers represent reasonable value for money and the customer service was excellent when needed.
