We ordered worktops and one was sadly damaged upon collection but this was quickly put right. We were told if we could use it (we had cuts and could go round the damage) we would be fully refunded and if we couldn’t another one would be ordered to replace. When we enquired about a £30 cutlery tray we were offered this for free as an apology and it was delivered the next day by a really polite delivery driver who even waited so I could check I was happy with it in the draw. When things like this happen it’s all about putting it right in the best way you can and these guys went above and beyond so give them ago as they were also the cheapest for the same items from all other retailers I checked.
