“It was a given that in lock down everyone was trying to buy a treadmill which led to a longer lead time than would normally we expected. However it was easy to purchase my treadmill. I got accurate and regular communication on order progress and it got delivered on the promised day easily by very friendly people. I couldn’t ask for more. And I love the treadmill itself. Thank you 😊.”

“I purchased a Sole Treadmill about 2 weeks into lockdown. It was an easy process and despite restriction imposed by lockdown the communication from Fitness Superstore was excellent, 10/10. Treadmill itself is great for home use.”

“I have purchased and fitted my whole home gym out from Fitness Superstore which includes such as multi gym, cross trainer, running machine and free weights, the list goes on. On this occasion even with the issue of covid 19 and vast waiting lists fordelivery I found the company as professional as always. Kept me informed regularly on the progress of my order which on this occasion was a static race bike. I was given a delivery date straight away and from the initial order to the guys that delivered I have nothing but utmost gratitude. Keep up the good work in these trying times and once again. “Received 2 equipment orders during lockdown for my home gym - NordicTrack rower and treadmill. Both deliveries were on time and efficiently / courteously made. The equipment itself was quite easy to put together (although a few extra tools make it easier) and functions mostly as expected. Instruction booklets from NT could be better at describing the built-in workouts (which don't seem that special) - I have yet to commence the included iFit subscription to see if that has better workouts.”

“Extremely pleased with our cross trainer and impressed by the fast turnaround for delivery after we placed the order. Less impressed that we could not order the mat for it and the dumbbells because it didn't meet the rather high minimum spend you feel you need. That is the only reason we couldn't give you the highest rating!”
