“Item sent very quickly and reasonable priced, however, item is very poor. I purchased two ferrous sheets to make into a magnet board and they do not stick at all. I've spent more time picking them up off the floor than they've been used.”

“Attention! This is the special valuation of a german guy! Service was four stars, one star minus because I got no notification for the shipping. But, this is a british shop and it was not at the first look to see, because the side where I ordered is in german language! So I ordered some magnets, the invoice was round about 35.- Euros. But as I got my package I had to pay 13.- of customs fees too. So the magnets came almost 40% more expensive than on the invoice. That is maybe my fault because I did not looking clearly enough were I bought my stuff. But if it had been more clearly evident, I would not have bought more expensive here! So again minus two stars for the extra customs fees. Achtung! Dies ist die spezielle Bewertung eines Deutschen! Service war vier Sterne, ein Stern minus, weil ich keine Benachrichtigung f?r den Versand bekam. Aber, dies ist ein britischer Shop und es war nicht auf den ersten Blick zu sehen, denn die Seite wo ich bestellt hatte ist in deutscher Sprache! Also bestellte ich ein paar Magnete und die Rechnung belief sich auf ca. 35,- Euro. Aber als ich mein Paket bekam, musste ich auch noch 13,- an Zollgeb?hren zus?tzlich bezahlen. So kamen die Magnete fast 40% teurer als auf der Rechnung. Das ist vielleicht mein Fehler, weil ich nicht genau genug hingesehen habe, wo ich meine Sachen kaufte. Aber wenn es klarer ersichtlich gewesen w?re, h?tte ich hier nicht teurer gekauft! Also noch einmal zwei Sterne weniger f?r die zus?tzlichen Zollgeb?hren.”

“Brilliant service by Magnet Expert. We handled some magnets carelessly and one broke in half. Magnet expert immediately replaced them with other magnets more suitable for my 5 year old Grandsons experiment. Now we have great magnets and a very happy boy.”

“The metal plate that I was using for the magnet to stick to had no hole for me to fix it to the surface. It was sticky or anything and there were no instructions. I ended up drilling a hole through the steel disc so that I could use this product.”

“Product was good but shipping was a d rip off would not buy again just got sorted shipping price was a mistake and I got full refund so first4magnets are good to do business with and will follow up any issues too”

“Wasn’t made aware how hard it is to get a M14 eye bolt to go in my magnet. Also no help when I contacted them about one 23 days later and no contact. I’ve sorted it myself”
