“Having bought some magnetic tape which was hardly magnetic I posted a 1 star review as an unhappy customer. Before I knew it Matt from this company had made contact with me to resolve the issue. He asked me what I was using the magnets for and suggested alternative magnets that should work for my project. He has then posted out some magnets for me to try as a courtesy. I?ve now changed my review to 5 stars based on the brilliant customer service I have received.
