“While the delivery was fast and efficient, I found the magnetic catches to be less strong than expected. Unfortunately, this meant I had to opt for a different design to meet my needs.
Additionally, it would have been helpful if screws were included—especially for the flat plate side—as this added extra time and cost to the installation process.
Overall, the service was good, but the product did not meet expectations in terms of strength and completeness.”
Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We appreciate your feedback regarding the strength of the magnetic catches and the omission of screws. We strive to provide products that meet our customers' expectations, and we understand how important it is for them to be complete for an efficient installation. Please be assured, we will be in touch to understand your application further and ensure that we can provide a solution for you.

“Product ok but the delivery costs was incrediblly high. We use DPD so we know the costs of delivery and this was very excessive. Packaging was also not adequate - the boxes were delivered split.
Delivery was quick - next date and product fine.”
Thank you for your review, Adam. Looking into this further, the total weight of your order was 80kg which is why the delivery price was charged as it was.
In terms of the packaging itself, we are sorry to hear there was damage with this - please be assured we will be in touch to understand this further.
