“I was unsuccessful with the white board paint the first time around. It turns out this was because the full instructions were missing. I spoke to Nathan Wallace at customer service who was so lovely and Really helpful. I felt like I mattered which sadly isn’t always the case when complaining. Nathan resolved the problem quickly and communicated the progress well. The next day I received a replacement paint kit. There were still no instructions in the box but Nathan emailed a copy to me. Massive thank you to Nathan for his incredible customer service! Previous feedback: The paint went on lovely but once dried as tested with white board pens they didn’t come off. Disappointed”
