I spoke to Nathan Wallace at customer service who was so lovely and Really helpful. I felt like I mattered which sadly isn’t always the case when complaining. Nathan resolved the problem quickly and communicated the progress well. The next day I received a replacement paint kit. There were still no instructions in the box but Nathan emailed a copy to me.
