“This was the second time I used this company to obtain small magnets the first time I made a mistake of overtighting the screw holding the magnet and it snaped in half. I found out that you cannot just put the two halves together as they repel each other. There was no warning that the magnets are brittle and would break if overtighted or that they were put back together. Even with two broken halves I still could use one half to finish the project. This time I have purchase thicker magnets. So should not have a problem.
The item I ordered arrived the same day as stated on the invoice and yes I will use this company again should I need to purchase more magnets.”
Hi John,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Regarding the brittleness of the magnets, we do provide information with all magnets around handling, but appreciate your feedback around this when it comes to screwing them into place - we'll be sure to make this clearer.
If you need any further assistance or product recommendations, we’re here to help.
Kind regards,

“Excellent, thank you. I am trying to connect two pieces of wood using steel tape on one side and magnet tape on the other, but the wood is too heavy so I am going to try magnetic tape on both sides. Watch this space!”

“Very good service quick delivery, and Strong magnet takes me a minute to pry it off solid iron, Good fun have pinched some skin so be careful with 50kg+ pull magnets (think mines 54-55) look forward to buying stronger ones in the future”
