“Hi Product: first class. Delivery: a bit cofused. When I attempted to place the order for delivery to the Isle of Man, I entered the postcode IM2 ***. The website advised there were no couriers available for this post code. This is not unusal, being an island we experience this often when ordering on line. I placed the order anyway with delivery to a relative's address in the UK. The order confirmation said the order was successful & would be delivered by Royal Mail. I'm not sure if it is diffetrent for certain business deliveries, but usually when we buy online we look for companies that use Royal Mail for deliveries. It is almost always the same delivery charge wether it is a UK address or an Isle of Man address. The Royal Mail do not differentiate. I have ordered from you in the past, & I noted my accont details had the Isle of Man as the delivery address, so I assume last time I managed to get it posted here, though to be honest, I can't be certain. I am simply metioning this is in case it can be any help to you not loosing potntial Isle of Man customers. I understand it could be too big of an issue for the few Isle of Man customers you may get. I appoligise if this is the case, but wanted to mention it because you have a first class product, & the website is beautifully layed out & so easy to filter with all relevant information easily attainable.
