Thank you so much for leaving us a positive review! We really appreciate it. We’re sorry to hear about a one shattering. Due to the naturally brittle nature of magnets—especially the high-powered ones—they do require careful handling to avoid breakages. To help with this, each of our products includes a handling guide.
We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help! If you have any questions or need more advice, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at sales@magnetexpert.com. We’re always open to suggestions from valued customers like you.

“Allowed the construction of a custom door stop. Nothing on the market met my requirements.
Items arrived promptly and well packaged. Items more fragile than I anticipated but additional protection solved this problem”
