“The magnets are good and strong. The whole backing on the reverse is magnetised and not just strips on top & bottom which I’ve seen on others. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend”

Hi Stuart,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As previously explained in communication with yourself, the next day delivery is a next working day delivery and unfortunately as your order was placed on a Sunday, this is not a day we are open and as such do not dispatch orders on that day.
Your order was dispatched on the Monday and arrived with you Tuesday via the next day service you selected at checkout. At the point of checkout, the delivery date was stated as Tuesday.
I'm sorry to hear this did not meet your expectations, but the order was delivered as per the delivery timeframe & options stated at checkout.
Kind Regards,
FIRST4MAGNETS®
“Well.. well...well... Who'd have known that 2 x 120gauss magnets could be so small yet stick with such tenancity! Great stuff! And greate packaging, you need the magnets enclosed in a metal case with dividers otherwise you may have problems getting it through the post - well done!
In my case, I've strapped the magnets to my knee with a surgical bandage and hope that they will reduce the inflamation I've currently got. Thanks again - Nicholas Wade”
Thank you for your fantastic review, Nicholas! We're thrilled to hear that our magnets exceeded your expectations and that you appreciated the the packaging! Thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts!

“your magnet strips i ordered were possibly the worst strength i have had (dis)pleasure of experiencing. I have seen more strength displayed by an ant carrying some heavy shopping. update!!! the supplier read my review, contacted me, and were able to send out the correct magnets for my application. so, thank you FFM for responding and sorting out my issue! business success is also about how you deal with customers like me😊”
Hi Steven,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the strength of our magnet strips did not meet your expectations. Please be assured, we will be in contact with you to understand your application and ensure you have the right magnets for the job.
