“I love magnets. They arrive quickly from first4magnets. They are not cheap but they are magic. But I hate the plastic boxes and bags they come in - I dont think they are compostible. We have posted them back to first4magnets. Please change your packaging!”
Hi Lisa,
Thank you for taking time to leave us a review it really helps us out! We are so happy you were satisfied with our service.
Due to the magnetic nature of our products we have to ensure we send our products in sturdy and strong packaging that withstands safety regulations for postage. However, we are always looking for ways to improve, and appreciate any feedback from our loyal customers! I will be sure to pass this on to the wider team.
If you do have any further feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at sales@magnetexpert.com

“Always reliable. I haven’t gone anywhere else for magnets for years, and why would I? Best customer service, great products, good prices, fast delivery. What’s not to like? In a world where “minimum service delivery to gain maximum profit” leads to nervous online transactions most of the time, F4M are a rare gem.”

“Ordered magnets for my grand daughter to stick her painted stones on our fridge. They arrived quite quickly and were ideal for the job. Good service.”
