“Once I had placed my order, the delivery of the product was really fast and I had received it within just a couple of days. I would absolutely give 5 stars both for the delivery of the product and for the product itself. I have only given 4 stars as I was unsure of what product I needed and one of the reviews for the product I purchased stated that it did not perform well for the exact purpose I wanted it for. So, I reached out to the company to ask if it would be suitable or if I needed something else. They didn't get back to me though so I had to purchase it and keep my fingers crossed. Thankfully it worked really well so I am really happy with my purchase but it would have been useful to have bought with confidence first.”
“I ordered some magnets to hold an access panel in place on a vanity unit. The company was able to give me advice on the strength of magnet to use and the order came quite quickly after. Impressed by how powerfull small magnets can be. Would use again.”
“Everything arrived well packaged and exactly as scheduled. I particularly liked the fact this company doesn't hide behind an anoymous website and provides full contact details.”
“Excellent rapid service. Bought a stainless steel ring bolt to replace a broken end on a window opener. Just the job and a fraction of the price of a new window opener. Thank you.”
