“Service was excellent. but I received incorrect advice, which may have been because I hadn't explained my query properly. The flexible magnet was not attracted to the flexible metal strip. Full refund including postage was effected and return was free too. So can't say fairer than that. I have used them in the past and the magnets supplied did a perfect job of holding external doors against a support.”
Hi there,
Thank you for your five-star review :) We’re glad the refund and return were smooth, and we appreciate your feedback about the advice. It’s great to hear our magnets have done a perfect job for you in the past.
Kind regards,
FIRST4MAGNETS®
