“The magnets themselves are very strong .If buying them for pure magnet purposes very good . However I needed strong adhesive and sadly this is lacking . I tried 2 magnets luckily before I used the rest , both fell down . I am going to try using gorilla glue as adhesive , if this doesn't work they are not fit for the purpose i bought them for”
“The only element of the purchase that I have experienced so far is order placement. The order process is good, but obtaining an invoice as an attached document seems to be a problem. I have requested a copy and have yet to receive one. I must have the document for posting.”
“I bought these magnets specifically to fasten a lightweight notice board to the side of a refrigerator. I stuck six magnets spaced around the edges and the board adhered to the fridge but then slid down to the bottom. Subsequent tries produced the same result. Obviously not suitable for the purpose.”
“Initially a little disappointed that only one of the two magnets had been countersunk. Designed to make close contact made impossible because the screw head holds the two magnets apart. Unfortunately the first time the magnets were used, one of the magnets broke across its weakest point. The screw is holding it in place but will probably need to be replaced.”
“I wanted magnets for my grandson. You need to read very carefully the size, and the strength of the magnets. Obviously depending on their use. Some I ordered were so strong, and small I couldn’t get them apart. The company is helpful, so my advice is get in touch first before you purchase!”
“Using the website is not as straight forward as it would appear. The filters remove some magnets that shouldn't have been filtered out. I like the image of a pound coin thus giving a sense of scale.”
“I bought the 40kg pull magnets and the 6kg pull magnet. The 40kg Pull magnets are nowhere near as strong. The 6kg magnets come with protective metal plates for transportation so they don’t magnetise to other things, Where as the 40kg magnets don’t which is odd. I’m going to keep the 40kg magnets as I will have use for them. But not what I had planned for them. ??”
“Good product - reasonable time for delivery. Cardboard packaging was damaged so the middle of the magnetic sheet was also damaged. Not the end of the world as I was cutting the sheet into smaller sizes anyway but really it should have been delivered unblemished. Wether this was a courier issue or the fact that the cardboard packaging was unfit for purpose, I leave that to others discretion.”
“The reason for the 3 stars was the time the delivery took but this was due to the post service and not the company. Possible reason for delay was the Covid 19 situation? Magnet was as expected with good safety advice attached to the product”
“A good product. Magnet on blackboard could be stronger. Would have liked better assistance on returned item as quite pricey to do as individual but they could arrange more effectively and cheaper.”
“Disappointed that I was able to order and pay for my magnets - and then not receive them after paying for next day delivery. And then only after I phoned to ask about order, was I informed that item wasn't in stock. And to compound my pain I stupidly called the number plastered all over their two websites - and never gave it a thought that it was an "0845" number which cost me ?6.49 in call costs to fix their inadequacy in this matter. On a positive note - they were helpful enough to fix their mistakes - at my cost...!!!”
