“Ordering easy and delivery was quick. However, the product is disappointing. The magnets are really not strong enough and only just work. I have a handmade cottage style kitchen with solid wood doors so with the slightest touch the door pops open as the magnet doesn’t hold firm (and just to confirm I spent time and trouble making sure the fixing plate was positioned for maximum “stick”). They are probably fine on modern lightweight cabinets but I won’t fit any more to the rest of the kitchen.”
Hi Norman,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the magnets haven't met your expectations, especially given the effort you put into installation. We strive to ensure our products are suitable for a variety of applications; your insights are valuable, and I will ensure they are shared with our product team.
Wishing you all the best,
Team FIRST4MAGNETS®

“Well made and easy to fit. Velcro tape and adhesive are good quality, magnets hold the curtains closed even in gusty wind. Only slight problem with curtains being some 50mm too long for the install, fixed by rolling up the bottom and stapling along the edge. Maybe next year more sizes will be added?”
