“The website ordering had some glitches so had to call. They dealt with this perfectly however I was promised delivery on a certain date, I rang on day to double check and was assured it would definitely arrive. By 4 pm I rang the courier company who had if for following day. On a plus point fireworks were fab and good value.”

“We ordered a large selection, but 50% of what we ordered was changed to other fireworks. We are hoping they are of the same quality as the ones we ordered. But would still recommend to others”

“this was the third time I have used firework crazy and always thought highly of them. this time I had a item missing and another firework was not what I requested. I mailed them and got an immediate reply apologising and blaming 'new guys in the packing shed' . I was told I would get a credit ,and although I got back to them ,I have heard nothing since ,hence the 3 star rating this time.”

“I ordered these for my daughters wedding, thank god I ordered them early, though I did want to use some for her hen party on 29 March but they did not arrive even though the website says they would 10 days seems a long time. I chased up the order and was told that the delivery service was at fault ! not happy with the service, sparklers were fine just a pity they did not arrive in time for the hen party”
