My delivery was delayed due to the unavailability of the *** firework although this wasn't identified at the time of order or until six days later when I phoned to enquire when my order would be delivered. I agreed to make a substitution to enable delivery the following day but then was texted to say my delivery was postponed and would take place on the following Monday (two days after my display) due to a problem at the connecting Hub at Heathrow. In short, the company paid for a Saturday delivery (the day of the display) and curiously there was a Kronos firework in the box after all as opposed to the substitution! My main issue here is that somebody was at the delivery address for six days expecting the order to arrive the next working day after order. That's a lot of time off work!
