“The logs burn well and last quite a while in our wood stove. easy to handle in the fully recycleable bags.”

“Logs not up to the usual high standard, a few were damp. It's good to get a mix of sizes but this time there were far to many small pieces, not what you would classify as logs.”

“These logs really are dry and burn wonderfully too.and pallet line deserve thanks for carefully moving the big bag from lorry into the shed where I keep them,as I have had a stroke and I am somewhat handicapped”

“Delivery on time and stashed were required. Only slight issue with this load compared to previous loads is that in this load the logs so far are larger. Previous loads have been mixed including smaller logs for first lighting.”

“excellent, rapid delivery Superior grade of kiln-dried Birch burned beautifully. Nicely packaged in double sided cardeboaed boxes. Kindling was excellent, also!! Very Satisfied customer. Not 5-stars because box was a couple kilos ligte... 🤷🏼‍♂️”

“Easy ordering and arrived on time. Electric pallet allowed driver to put the pallet exactly where I wanted. Wood burns well. Possibly too many rather thin logs - larger ones burn longer without requiring any attention.”

“Great service, pallet of 30 bags of wood and 3 boxes of kindling was extremely well wrapped (very useful considering the horrible weather). After service text to make sure everything was ok. Best Quality of wood than any we have used since having our wood burner installed. Will be ordering again.”

“I am very pleased with the wood - it's different sizes are useful and it burns beautifully. I would have liked to have got a text the day before delivery with, at least a 3 hour slot as I could make no plans between 9-6pm.”
