“Too many logs are small more like kindling”

Hi Ian, sorry to learn you are not pleased with the logs. If you email us some photos of the logs outside of spec, we will investigate and work towards a resolution.

“Your courier is absolutely hopeless and the logs burn away in no time. I have had kiln dried logs many times before and have never gone through so many in an evening.”
