“Delivery was quick - 2 business days after the order was placed but unfortunatley the incorrect extinguishers were supplied. Two foam ones were ordered but two powder ones were delivered. On contacting Fire Safety Equipment by email an apology was provided and the correct extinguishers were delivered the next day with the incorrect ones being collected at the same time. Mistakes do sometimes happen and it is a measure of a company's customer service as to how they react to that mistake. Fire Safety Equipment's response was exemplary and I won't have any hesitation in using them again/”

“Had an absolutely fantastic service from Nick. I needed a fire extinguisher for work in a very short amount of time. I got put through to Nick thankfully and explained my situation and I received my extinguisher in just over 24 hours which other retailers could not have done for me. I messaged and Received a reply is less than 30minutes. Nick provided an absolutely fantastic service and it is honestly the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Thank you Nick.”
