“Had posted a bad review previously but took it down after findmeadrivingtest.co.uk asked me to give them a second chance. Here’s my story: Paid £17 for membership as keen to book earlier driving test. I have been signed up to the service since Wednesday, August, 14th and have not received one test notification. Not one. I suspected there was an issue with my account within the first two weeks as I had not received any test notifications. In an attempt to resolve this problem, I had to send 34 emails to their customer service team to which they have sent 8 emails back. The problems with my account were never resolved and their team will only respond after sending 5-10 emails which plead them for assistance. Either findmeadrivingtest.co.uk is an actual scam or they just don’t know what they are doing. Don’t waste your time or energy on them, as I have.”

“Signed up and paid for the service when my son failed his test, and the first date available was 2 months away. I did receive a text with a new date, 2 weeks earlier and was pleased. Then, I received a message from the driving instructor that he knew one of his learners had moved their test date so a new date some 4 weeks earlier had become available. Nothing came in from Find Me a Driving Test - I went on to the DVSA website and moved it myself. How many more dates had been missed by them?!”

“Absolute daylight robbery on the market. Messages don’t come through had I not have manually looked via a free app myself I would’ve missed out on the date that I needed! Upon emailing customer service they then tried to claim they had booked the test for me, which was a total lie and date and time stamps on emails via DVSA can prove this. No refund and STILL after failing my test and submitting my new booking number, I haven’t received a single message about cancellations which is hilarious because I’ve jumped 2 months with a different app! Not a single message from this company, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY USE THE FREE APP TESTI”

“Guys, trust me, this is crazy, just use the app ‘testi’. It’s free and won’t mess you around like this website. In the end, my driving test got cancelled and I requested a refund (which I don’t get) or asked them to find me a new test date (again-they didn’t do this). TESTI IS THE BEST SERVICE OUT THERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!”

“Not a good experience with this site at all, i signed up on the 23rd August the day i failed my test for the cancellation service however received an email almost straight away saying the account could not be activated as i had missing information. Didn't think anything of it i just assumed i didn't have an account and applied for another site, then about 2 days later i looked into my bank and had noticed that they had taken the money out of my bank even though i didn't have an account with them. So i emailed to cancel this and have the money refunded as i was assumed i didnt have an account, all of a sudden that day i started receiving texts after i had been emailed back and told i would be refunded and this was cancelled. Further to this i advised i had requested to cancel this before any texts had been sent to me which i had a response of i was not eligible for a refund because i had used another cancellation service which were in the terms and conditions, i could see this in the T&C's, however the cheek to say i am not aloud my money back after suddenly receiving texts AFTER i had sent in an email to cancel this is a joke and not on and i will be getting my money back.”

“Having failed my test on entirely just hitting a curb! With no other minors or majors. I was desperate to rebook my test!! The waiting time in my local area for a test is 3 to 3 and half months, I signed up here (plus 2 other cancellation services) but these guys managed to find me a test within 4 days and it’s in 2 weeks time!!! Paying the extra 20 quid on top of a rebooked test is well worth it! Can’t thank you enough. **the two other cancellation services/apps I signed up to didn’t pick up on this test or messaged/found me one. So I would 100% recommend going with this one instead of elsewhere! Thanks again.”

“I had a test booked for the 27th, I found one on the 10th, then they found me one for the 5th. Be aware that you break the terms of your contract with this company if you undertake searching the DVLA website for cancellations too, so if you manage to find the one you want before them, you are not entitled to a refund. Does what it says in the title. Thank you.”

“I would not recommend thus company. If I could leave no stars I would. I didn’t know about the 10 day wait and requested a date within thus time frame. At no point was it pointed out that this wasn’t feasible. Despite me contacting them within an hour of signing up and requesting that no charge be taken, the money was still debited and they refused to refund. Total waste of money & total sharks of a company.”
