Not a good experience with this site at all, i signed up on the 23rd August the day i failed my test for the cancellation service however received an email almost straight away saying the account could not be activated as i had missing information. Didn't think anything of it i just assumed i didn't have an account and applied for another site, then about 2 days later i looked into my bank and had noticed that they had taken the money out of my bank even though i didn't have an account with them. So i emailed to cancel this and have the money refunded as i was assumed i didnt have an account, all of a sudden that day i started receiving texts after i had been emailed back and told i would be refunded and this was cancelled. Further to this i advised i had requested to cancel this before any texts had been sent to me which i had a response of i was not eligible for a refund because i had used another cancellation service which were in the terms and conditions, i could see this in the T&C's, however the cheek to say i am not aloud my money back after suddenly receiving texts AFTER i had sent in an email to cancel this is a joke and not on and i will be getting my money back.
