“Signed up and paid for the service when my son failed his test, and the first date available was 2 months away. I did receive a text with a new date, 2 weeks earlier and was pleased. Then, I received a message from the driving instructor that he knew one of his learners had moved their test date so a new date some 4 weeks earlier had become available. Nothing came in from Find Me a Driving Test - I went on to the DVSA website and moved it myself. How many more dates had been missed by them?!”

“I requested a call back a number of times, and never received a call. Once I found a cancellation one week earlier than my sons test I stopped receiving other cancellations. Not at all happy! Would really like a refund.”

“Poor communication, hard to access account and even harder to reset the password which was very frustrating, waited days for a reply. Really disappointed with the service I received. especially after paying £19. Managed to get a test using an app called Testi, which was, I might add, free! Would not recommend this company.”

“I clicked on the free trial yet it charged me £17.99 which I paid and did not receive a confirmation email that I signed up for it. Also I got a text message at night saying there was an earlier test but I was asleep and when I saw it I couldn’t click on it and it wasn’t in my messages it had litterally disappeared. I’ve emailed three times for help and there has been no reply. I regret giving this such a bad review as I had a lot of hope for it to work but it doesn’t seem to be reliable. However I will test it out longer and update my review if there is change.”

Hi Mr Young, We have now sent you over 50 text messages with different test dates. We cap the number of text messages we send to 15 or 20. We mention in the email that a simple reply will reset the text message counter. Most customers accept a new date within 10 text messages, but when this is not the case, a simple email will allow us to continue sending.
