Guys, trust me, this is crazy, just use the app ‘testi’. It’s free and won’t mess you around like this website. In the end, my driving test got cancelled and I requested a refund (which I don’t get) or asked them to find me a new test date (again-they didn’t do this). TESTI IS THE BEST SERVICE OUT THERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!
