“Find me a driving test was absolutely amazing because as soon as i signed up i started getting texts from them on what other dates there were earlier than then i had booked. also customer service were brilliant with the questions i had i have already recommend their services to all of my friends and they have signed up to, really recommend them to anyone that wants an earlier driving test.”

“I am very disappointed in this company be aware that they offer a full refund if they can not find a cancellation earlier than your booked date, the communication is very poor, i have emailed them 5 times one response and still waiting for my refund? There is no contact number for them everything is done via email, there are plenty of other companies that offer this service and i would recommend one of them!”

“Absolute daylight robbery on the market. Messages don’t come through had I not have manually looked via a free app myself I would’ve missed out on the date that I needed! Upon emailing customer service they then tried to claim they had booked the test for me, which was a total lie and date and time stamps on emails via DVSA can prove this. No refund and STILL after failing my test and submitting my new booking number, I haven’t received a single message about cancellations which is hilarious because I’ve jumped 2 months with a different app! Not a single message from this company, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY USE THE FREE APP TESTI”

“COMPLETELY SCAM. Service doesn't work. Save your money, and just check the GOV.UK bookings site yourself. After a week of signing up, the service didn't find a single early appointment for me even though I know some were available on the GOV.UK site because they release them every Monday morning. When I tried to get my money back, they refused saying that I'm not allowed to check the site myself. I ended up being able to find an earlier date myself by just refreshing the GOV.UK site then grabbing one of the appointments that showed.”

“Awful. Signed up for the free trial, clicked to upgrade my account upon which the company took the fee. I then was unable to log in and even after emailing multiple times this was never resolved - they simply took the money and provided no service whatsoever. I have requested a refund and have been told this may take 24 days to even get response to this request. Shocking service.”

“I would not recommend thus company. If I could leave no stars I would. I didn’t know about the 10 day wait and requested a date within thus time frame. At no point was it pointed out that this wasn’t feasible. Despite me contacting them within an hour of signing up and requesting that no charge be taken, the money was still debited and they refused to refund. Total waste of money & total sharks of a company.”

“Not a good experience with this site at all, i signed up on the 23rd August the day i failed my test for the cancellation service however received an email almost straight away saying the account could not be activated as i had missing information. Didn't think anything of it i just assumed i didn't have an account and applied for another site, then about 2 days later i looked into my bank and had noticed that they had taken the money out of my bank even though i didn't have an account with them. So i emailed to cancel this and have the money refunded as i was assumed i didnt have an account, all of a sudden that day i started receiving texts after i had been emailed back and told i would be refunded and this was cancelled. Further to this i advised i had requested to cancel this before any texts had been sent to me which i had a response of i was not eligible for a refund because i had used another cancellation service which were in the terms and conditions, i could see this in the T&C's, however the cheek to say i am not aloud my money back after suddenly receiving texts AFTER i had sent in an email to cancel this is a joke and not on and i will be getting my money back.”

“So I left a review on here yesterday as they have changes my test even though my free trial had expired 30 days or more before. The response is that I got on here is that they haven't changed it and it remains the same . That's funny because I am in contact with dvsa who have confirmed it was changed by them. So effectively they have stole my test date nd gave it to someone else. Please explain why you think my test date remains the same?”

“Do not use this site. They take your money, do not provide the service promised then ignore all your attempts to contact them to get a refund. It's a scam. Plus all the bad reviews are not published. My first review has disappeared. Save your money and book a cancellation through the DVLA website.”

“Had posted a bad review previously but took it down after findmeadrivingtest.co.uk asked me to give them a second chance. Here’s my story: Paid £17 for membership as keen to book earlier driving test. I have been signed up to the service since Wednesday, August, 14th and have not received one test notification. Not one. I suspected there was an issue with my account within the first two weeks as I had not received any test notifications. In an attempt to resolve this problem, I had to send 34 emails to their customer service team to which they have sent 8 emails back. The problems with my account were never resolved and their team will only respond after sending 5-10 emails which plead them for assistance. Either findmeadrivingtest.co.uk is an actual scam or they just don’t know what they are doing. Don’t waste your time or energy on them, as I have.”

“Guys, trust me, this is crazy, just use the app ‘testi’. It’s free and won’t mess you around like this website. In the end, my driving test got cancelled and I requested a refund (which I don’t get) or asked them to find me a new test date (again-they didn’t do this). TESTI IS THE BEST SERVICE OUT THERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!”

“you said you had found an earlier test slot for me however I wasn't able to respond within the 15 minute window to guarantee it. I did reply within 40 minutes, however I received no further communication to say whether the slot was mine or not. I then expected to hear of further time slots for a test after I realised I hadn't got the first slot, however I heard no more, at all. I then sent 3 emails asking for a refund as you didn't find me an earlier test and I haven't received a reply or a refund”

“Fantastic service! Very easy to set up. Created an account on the Saturday afternoon after my son failed his test and on the Monday we received a txt offering a new test a month earlier than the one he had managed to book himself. He’s passed now (yippee!) but if he hadn’t, it was good to know we could keep using the service to get earlier test dates. I would highly recommend this service to anyone and have told all my friends with learners about it. Well worth the money!”

“Shortly after signing up I was notified about a new available test date, about 2 months earlier than my booked one, so I of course booked it and passed my test, and if it wasn’t for me finding that cancellation, I still wouldn’t have even taken my test yet! Very efficient, helpful service.”

Hello, We actually found and booked you a new test date. You enabled the 'autobook' option which books the first test date found. You are of course welcome to keep finding test dates for the same booking. If you are not happy with the test booked, you are always welcome to email us and we will start searching for another one.
