“The package turned up today and although it is a Xmas present I checked to make sure the glasses were intact as one of the reviews said they were easily broken. They are both safe and very well packed. I haven't, obviously, used them so have to hope they do what it says on the box.”

I had a delivery this week and the packaging was damaged as they forced it through the letter box. The contents were fine but I cannot wrap it in the box as it is damaged.
Unfortunately due to them using EVRI I will not be ordering from this company again. I would rather pay a little bit more for deliveries knowing that the post office or DPD OR YODEL would respect both customer and company .
EVRI used to be Hermes , I would call them HERPES as they are a decease .
They steal, damage and conveniently lose parcels.”
