“Christmas eve visit was cancelled due to technical difficulties nit idea hut can't be helped.
I tried to rebook made a mess of it on Christmas eve ended up having spent £250 instead of the 99 I originally paid. My error. They were very helpful refunded my more expensive ticket and honoured the price originally paid for a more expensive date and time. All between 7pm and 11pm on Christmas eve! Well done on your excellent service!”
