Hi there - oh no, was the Technic Glitter Me Up lip gloss really not good? We're glads you've told us. I'll send you an email now and will take them off sale! So sorry, we won't be buying that in from the wholesalers again.

“Unfortunately you didn't deliver all of my items though the despatch note listed them all. Can you please arrange for a refund for me? Otherwise the product was good and delivery was prompt. But the overriding thing for me is that I'm out of pocket and don't have what I ordered.”

Hi Suzanne Oh no!! You hadn't told us you were missing any items from your order and the first we knew about it was when you left this review. I'll email you know about it. We're sorry too, we process hundreds of orders a day, but sometimes we do make a mistake, but we'll always do our best to make things right as soon as possible.

“Glitter looks amazing when it's on! But do not buy the glue, was not sticky at all and did not dry clear eaither, went yellow in colour as soon as you applied it onto the skin.”

Hi there The glue will go a white/yellowy colour when you first apply and it has not set it as it is latex based. Once the glitter has been added on top then it will dry clear, so that you can peel it off.
