“Haven't tried all of them but the ones I've tried, products are amazing. Only downside is that delivery was a little slow but was the postal service's fault so I'd say leave an extra day or 2 if you need it urgently! :) Can't wait for my next purchase already.”

“I ordered on a Sunday evening for a pride event the following Saturday and hadn’t had a dispatch confirmation by Tuesday so emailed to see the status of my order, had a very prompt reply to say that it had been packed that day and would be with me in the next few days, it arrived the next day. Literally the best customer service I’ve ever had from an online company. My only gripe is that the lashes I initially ordered were out of stock and replaced with a similar style which I appreciated but they were impossible to apply. Now this isn’t the fault of festival glitter by any means as they’re from an outside source but I’m wondering if it might be worth sourcing a better product. The lashes are huge and had to be cut down, therefore losing some of the colour (they were in the pride colours) in the process and the bands were so thick and stiff that I couldn’t apply them. I ended up not wearing them to the event and probably won’t use them as they’re near on impossible. Every other product was great though and customer service is fantastic!”
