Hi there I can see you only bought the peel off glitter glue and not glitter from us - the glue has been designed for our glitters. Also, I hope you put the glue on clear dry skin and not on top of any make-up or foundation too! Team FG

“beaut starry face gems very similar to the tigerlily x gyspy shrine starry nights gems but cheaper and in my opinion nicer. stayed on all day at festival and got loads of compliments on them. so easy to put on. delivery was super quick. cannot fault. will 100% be purchasing again!”

Hi Caroline Let me add the bits to your review that you missed out. You ordered on the July the 10th (not the 29th June). Royal Mail picked up your parcel on the day after and attempted delivery on the 12th July. They left a card asking you to re-arrange delivery within 15 days and we also emailed you the direct link to Royal Mail so you could request a redelivery online too. You didn't bother doing this. For 15 days. Then wondered why Royal Mail weren't mind readers and asked for a refund. We don't refund simply because you can't be bothered to contact Royal Mail when you weren't in for the first delivery attempt. If you think delivering in 2 working days is 'terrible customer service', then so be it. Team FG
