“Great service. Emailed me when couldn't find a beanie I ordered and offered a refund or to send a different colour. Eventually they found the one I ordered and sent it and a arrived along with my other order. Can't fault and kept in touch which was great. Will order from them again. Dom”

“I have been looking for this specific bag at a reasonable price for the past 2 months. I only found them for £95 and over. However I came across this website and I was a bit suspicious especially with how cheap the bag was but I decided to go for it and buy the bag. The delivery was speedy and the bag came in prefect condition and the quality is amazing. If you are unsure whether to buy from them, then I’m here to tell you to go for it.”

“Nice guy in store and although the shop was well stocked it did k No it have my size of boots. He looked up the stock online and offered to order them and have them sent to my address or the shop. However I ordered them myself and got them within a few days… even got discount . I would definitely use this store again.”

“I was visiting from Sydney and dealt with Liam in yiur Queen St store. His product knowledge, communucation skills and customer service was outstanding. As the items had to be ordered he was keen to ensure they arrived for collection before I flew back to Australia . He assisted me ; 72year old woman with limited technology skills, to place the order online. I was super surprised within 24hours to recieve an email advising the order was ready for collection. I picked the items up from the store on the Saturday and again was served by Liam I have already written to your store with feedback acknowledging how pleased I was with his customer service skills. He made me feel like a very valued customer and is , in my opinion, a valuable asset to your company. I have already encouraged my younger relatives to check out your store. It is so refreshing to deal with a store who clearly employ staff who are engaging, model your values and are outstanding representatives of your brand Thank you”

“Never used this company or heard of them before but no complaints at all! Ordered a Fjallraven backpack at an excellent price and it arrived 2 days later as they said it would (opted for free delivery which was Royal Mail 48). Could have paid extra for next day delivery but wasn’t in a rush. The comms was excellent and really happy with the purchase. Will definitely recommend and use again the future.”
