“I placed an order with Faith Jewellers and unfortunately the Post Office messed my delivery up so bad and then returned it to sender. However, the communication with Faith Jewellers was impeccable. Personal thank you to Noleen, who kept up dated with regards to my purchase. A* We need more companies who care about their customers and are willing to help rather than not. The jewellery I purchased was very cute and excellent quality. It was my second purchase and I will be purchasing from them again for sure. A*. Delivery was 48 hours, had the post office not messed up.”

“Received in timely fashion - well packaged. Gift for grand-daughter who was over the moon with it - she now has the set of necklace,earrings and bracelet so a very happy person. Hi Theresa Im feel very dissapointed with your 1 star review. You spent £12 on a small miraculas medal and sterling silver 18 inch chain.
