“Unfortunately my item was sent using standard delivery instead of the 24hr delivery which was requested and paid for. When contacted, they responded quickly and refunded the delivery fee, however the item didn't arrive in time for a birthday gift.”

“Amazing customer service and good delivery. I had to ask the sales if the product was genuine! The price was unbelievable and the communication between sales up to delivery was faultless. This watch was for my husband's 40th and we had seen this in a regular retailer in Birmingham, UK. The price with Faith Jewellers was more than half price and the sales team even took out lines to fit for him. Also, I wanted to be home for delivery, so they held the order until i was ready for it to be dispatched. Faultless. Please order from this amazing company. I will definitely be a returning customer.”

Hadn't ever used Faith before so as always, was a bit sceptical shopping somewhere new but the price was too good to not take the chance and I'm so glad I did.
