“Arrived in a cheap tacky gift bag and parcel package. As I brought an expensive gift. Presentation isn't quite right with this company at all may as well buy your item at the local charity shop. Of how poor the item was and the packaging. Sorry but not good at all.”

We have no input in the design or quality of the packaging used and if the item was ordered directly from Swarovski, the item, box and gift bag would be exactly the same. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return to us within 28 days for a full refund.

“My wife and I collect Swarovski Crystal figurines (mainly Disney). We have bought from many places online and only last year we discovered that Faith jewellers sold a wide array of Swarovski merchandise. In this instance, we wanted to buy the Swarovski Holiday Cheers Carousel, which retails at £530. Faith Jewellers didn't have it in stock, but were able, without any bother, to source it and supply it to us, within a few days, at a heavily discounted price of £421.35. In addition, we were members of their Faith VIP Points club which, having bought other items from them before, allowed us another significant discount. Delivery, by Royal Mail, was free. We will continue to buy from them, as it has always been a fantastic, pain-free experience. Thank you.”
