“Good service - very fast delivery, which was appreciated. Slightly peeved that the well known Quality issues with Seiko wasn't checked - inasmuch as the cyclops magnifier on the King Turtle was not fitted level.”

“Beautiful bracelet however there was a knot which took over an hour to undo! Would have expected this to have been done before it was sent!”

Hi Ruth Apologies the Bracelet did not arrive in 100% condition. We do take time to check each item before it is dispatched so possibly it was tangled in transit. We also have a couple of students in training for the Christmas period so I must let them know to take care when packaging the goods. We do try and keep part of the bracelet or necklace outside of the pouch so they do not turn into knot. Apologies once again and thank you for bringing this to our attention. For your inconvenience if you wish to purchase another item on the website please email us and we can offer you a further discount. Many Thanks Rodney
