“Personally I had a good experience ordering online close to Christmas just one item out of stock. However the usual returns service which I found so fuss free before took a while this time in that the assistant wasn't too sure about something and it just took a while. I think also it should be made more clear some earrings cannot be returned. You could be left with a bill for non returnable earrings.”

“Ordered a couple of Coeur de Lion items as a Christmas present, although both were available at time of order I was advised that one was out of stock and did I require items sent separately. As it was fairly close to Christmas I requested them to be sent separately however the second item was sent only a few days later and arrived well before Christmas. The prices were good, service and communication was excellent, delivery was quick and items were as described. Would recommend Faith Jewellers.”
