Hi Ruth Apologies the Bracelet did not arrive in 100% condition. We do take time to check each item before it is dispatched so possibly it was tangled in transit. We also have a couple of students in training for the Christmas period so I must let them know to take care when packaging the goods. We do try and keep part of the bracelet or necklace outside of the pouch so they do not turn into knot. Apologies once again and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
