“Very disappointed in bracelet I ordered, I had asked if the item was was very fine within its self, I was sent a photo,which did nt answer the question. I could returned the item,but I could nt return it as I needed it for a present, and I could nt get to the shop . I would nt buy here again. I would also ask you not to ask me to change my review this review as YOU say its been resolved. The item is still here to be gifted,and it will be their decision if they want to get in touch about this item. This is my personal opinion, which we are all entitled too. And would be grateful if you dont ask me for a 3rd time to re review,or change this again.”

“Arrived in a black bag. Not broken. Because the postman left it by the front door without leaving it in the cupboard. There was glass in the envelope. It looked like it was thrown by the door. Faith jewellers delivered on time, and well packed.”

“I have always bought my Swarovski tree ornament from them as I found they were the best value for money. Great savings.
