“After my own mix-up of thinking, I had ordered via delivery the company got in touch as I had actually ordered via click and collect. They have been so helpful got my items transferred to a closer store and checked I had got it their customer service has been excellent. The Portadown store has such lovely staff most helpful .”

“This is the second consecutive year I have used Faith Jewellers for Christmas gifts. The photographs and descriptions are accurate and detailed. The ordering process is fast and secure. I received my order much sooner than I expected. Happy to support Northern Ireland business. I am shielding so this was an ideal option to order quality jewellery without a visit in public. Well packaged , protective delivery. Nice presentation bag for earrings. Very pleased and will order again.”
