“i ordered three pens but only one came in a presentation box?”

Hi Wilma Apologies for this but unfortunately Swarovski only supplies presentation boxes for some of their pens which, to be honest, can be frustrating for us also. I can try and see if I could get two boxes for you if you wish. Please confirm if you would like us to look into this for you. Many Thanks Rodney

“Ordered bow silver necklace for a birthday gift. The necklace arrived with some knots in the chain. I rang Faith and spoke to Natalie (Hope name is correct) she kindly sent a replacement the next day.. very prompt service.”

Hi Rhianne I'm sorry to hear you have not received your order as of yet. Royal Mail is still experiencing delays over the Christmas period and the new year. I have investigated your order and it was dispatched on 29th December (Wednesday) appear to be experiencing delays due to the bank holiday at the start of this week. Your parcel has been despatched Tracked 48 which in normal situations this can take 2 to 5 working days. We will continue to track your parcel for you but would hope is should be with you shortly. “Unfortunately my item was sent using standard delivery instead of the 24hr delivery which was requested and paid for. When contacted, they responded quickly and refunded the delivery fee, however the item didn't arrive in time for a birthday gift.”
