“Great service, there were some postal delays out of their control but the product was well packaged. The drop in star is related to the email they sent to prompt to leave a review as it doesn’t show my name from the database, just; Dear "", I would certainly use faith jewellers again if needed”

“I ordered a watch before Christmas and even with the postal strikes arrived just in the nick of time. I asked some pretty stupid questions but in true Faith style responses were quick and no problem was too big to relay back! So thank you for the service and time. I hate being a stupid customer but I was definitely one of those!”
