“Whilst searching for the Swarovski Christmas Bauble for 2024 I found the item here and at a very good price. The item was despatched quickly and arrived well packaged with no damage at all, something I was concerned about due to the delicate nature of a glass bauble. It is perfect and I was very pleased with the shopping and the delivery experience.”

Dear customer, we have looked into this order and can confirm that this Swarovski item comes in and was dispatched in a branded gift box with free branded gift bag enclosed and sealed in a padded envelope for posting. Your order has since been received back as a return, completely undamaged and has been fully refunded.
